 - 7 oz of Tropitaya (2 packs frozen)
 - 1 cup frozen mixed mango
 - pineapple cubes
 - 3-4 oz of apple juice (to help the blender)

Add all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth.

Top with tropical fruits and granola

Makes 16 oz smoothie or 10 oz bowls + toppings

For bowls: Always make base Pitaya blend as thick as possible. NEVER SOUPY. Best to use a blender with prong. Use prong to smash frozen ingredients over blades.
