Vegan Kiwi Acai Bowl

iNGREDIENTS

 1 Tropical Acai Puree
 ½ banana, sliced
 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
 1 almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
 1 teaspoon chia seeds
 1 tablespoon granola
 1 teaspoon coconut flakes

DIRECTIONS

  • In a blender, combine the Tropical Acai Puree, almond milk, half of the banana slices, and ice cubes.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add a splash more milk to reach your desired consistency.

  • Pour the acai blend into a bowl.

  • Top with kiwi slices, remaining banana, granola, chia seeds, and coconut flakes.

  • Serve immediately and enjoy a refreshing, nutrient-packed vegan treat.
