Fitness Açaí Bowl

Easy Fitness Açaí Bowl

Yields1 Serving
 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
 1 packet of frozen açaí
 ¼ cup of coconut water
 ¼ cup granola
Fitness Açaí Bowl Topping
 1 cup frozen mixed berries
 5 strawberries, sliced
 ½ banana, sliced
 ¼ cup blueberries

In a blender, add coconut water, an Açaí packet, and all frozen fruit. Blend until desired consistency. It should be on the thick side. Pour mixture into a bowl, and top with fresh fruit and granola. At this point, taste and see if you want to add a drizzle of honey on top. You can also add a drizzle of honey for a bit of extra sweetness.
