 - 3.5 oz of Tropitaya (1 pack frozen)
 - 1 cup frozen banana sliced
 - 1 scoop peanut butter
 - 1 scoop vanilla protein
 - 8-10oz almond milk

Combine the ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend until smooth 3. Serve and enjoy!
Optional: top with cup with peanut butter

Makes 16 oz smoothie or 10 oz bowls + toppings

For bowls: Always make base Pitaya blend as thick as possible. NEVER SOUPY. Best to use a blender with prong. Use prong to smash frozen ingredients over blades.
